In 1982 KHRONE was one of the first companies to design and manufacture a microprocessor-based flow computer. Since then technology has established itself as a standard, however, its progress has been changing in reference to the initial concepts. Khrone took on this challenge and the results can be checked on the SUMMIT 8800 computer.

The SUMMIT 8800 brings Khrone’s flow computers to the communications era. Its management is through navigation and click menus, multicolor touch screen. Fully redundant Ethernet and LAN communication capability.

It has a dedicated processor per I / O card, in addition to having security options with fully auditable multi-level access and authorization and separation between inspection and maintenance data. It comes by default with 4GB removable memory, plug-in cards to add more measurement runs, analyzers or communications. It can be used in the measurement of any type of products, among others, crude oil, gas, steam, water, etc .; with fully digital information processing and highly accurate analysis.
