Coriolis Mass Flowmeters

Mass meters are electronic equipment capable of determining the flow of the product that passes through the sensor using the Coriolis principle. The Coriolis meter can be designed for liquid flow applications as in gas applications. These equipments provide measurement of several variables simultaneously: mass flow, density, volume, temperature and concentration of solid contents (mass or flow).

 

Ultrasonic Flowmeters (Transit Time principle)

The ultrasonic meter is an electronic equipment and performs flow measurement by measuring the propagation time of an ultrasonic sound wave that is sent to the product that transits through a pipeline by means of two sensors (transmitter and receiver). From the difference between the propagation time of a wave traveling in the same direction as the flow and that of a wave traveling in the opposite direction, the speed of the product passing through the pipes is calculated, which is proportional to the speed of the fluid, and through the algorithms of the equipment, the flow is calculated.

Multipurpose instrument that, in addition to being appropriate for standard applications, can be adjusted to more demanding requirements of process temperature, pressure or high viscosity. It has been designed for the petroleum, petrochemical and chemical industry, as well as for power generation applications in various industrial sectors. This flow meter allows measurements in both directions, regardless of the conductivity, temperature, density or pressure of the medium.

Vortex Flowmeters:

The vortex flowmeter for the measurement of conducting and non-conducting liquids, gases and steam. Is targeted at auxiliary and supply applications in various industries, such as internal monitoring of energy flows for saturated and superheated steam or hot water, and heat metering applications. Areas of usage also cover steam boiler monitoring, burner consumption measurement or compressed air network monitoring, including FAD applications.

The technology of VORTEX meters is based on the Karman principle that says that the opposite vortices form an object in a current. The measuring tube contains a deceptive body, behind which the vortex shedding occurs. The frequency of the spill of the vortices is proportional to the flow. The vortices are cut by a CRYSTAL PIECE as the pressure varies.

These meters have integrated pressure and temperature compensation, with temperature compensation for saturated steam as standard. 2-wire technology, excellent stability over time, high precision, maintenance-free sensor, leak-free fully welded, SIL2 certified, plug and play equipment, use in hazardous areas.
